Lovely hotel-great location. Caters mainly for Germans. Food excellent some nights-poor others. Upon arrival at 3pm room not ready. No apologies, simply told to sit and wait. The hotel although large still maintains a small personel serviced hotel. The staff are all incredibly friendly and helpful.
