I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Fargo while in town for an interview. My mother accompanied me, and she enjoyed the close proximity to West Acres Shopping Mall, which is literally just across the highway. The hotel's shuttle was able to take me to my interview, so my mother could use my car, but I think the shuttle would... more

I stayed at this hotel back when I was a mere child (eons ago-- say 35 years ago!) back when it was THE place to stay in Fargo. Sometimes one should just let memories remain fond. After a recent over night stay, I recalled why I should have avoided it all these years-- its convenient location off I-29 and the... more

My seventy-five year old mother and I stayed at the Holiday Inn in Fargo North Dakota for the night of Saturday, October 11th, 2008. When making our reservations online, we requested a room on the top floor, away from the elevator and the Interstate, and we received a room in the “Tower” section of the hotel on the fourth floor... more

We found this hotel to be very well run. As mentioned previously, there are a lot of rooms to be had so if you have children who go to bed early or prefer peace and quiet, it's best to ask for a part of the hotel nowhere near the pool/lobby. Our room was not pool-facing but near the door leading... more

I was very pleased with the Holiday Inn Fargo but it is a sprawling facility with distinct areas. If you prefer a quiet room ask for "the tower". My room was excellent (room 532) and had recently been remodeled. The bed was comfortable, work desk and internet excellent and it was quiet. Curious as to what the indoor pool /... more

We had a girls' weekend in Fargo, away from the kids, and the four of us stayed at the Holiday Inn. We booked the hotel on Hotwire and paid $53.00 a night. What a steal! Our room was very modern looking and clean. The beds were quite comfortable, and all the promised amentities were available. The pool was VERY kid-orientated,... more

I stayed here twice, a year apart, for a seminar. The room was well-appointed and clean. The staff were friendly. Across the highway is one of the top malls around, and across another street is a full-service grocery store for sodas and water. A shuttle service is available not only for the airport but for almost any place you want... more

I was very leary when the Travel Agency booked me at this hotel. When I lived in Fargo, ND 1995 - 1997, the hotel was ran down and very old. They had just completed a major re-model. The re-model was great. It rooms were very roomy, clean and nicely deccorated. The bedding was fresh and clean. The free Breakfast and... more

Great Location, right across the street from the West Acres mall. There are quite a few buildings for this hotel. If you have kids and they are going to do lots of swimming make sure ask for a room close to the pool area as it is a long ways from some of the buildings. It also can be a... more

We stayed at this hotel as part of a bus group visiting the Fargo area. As I was the group leader, I can say that the staff in "group reservations" were always very pleasant, and made the whole process very easy. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, with lots of pillows. Check in was very fast and smooth for... more
