We only stayed at this apart hotel for one night and wished we had booked in for a longer period. 4 of us went 2 adults 2 kids aged 7 and 6 We got there at 5 in the morning check-in went really well. Our room was on the first floor it had 2 single beds in one room then in the living room it had a couch that pulled out at the bottom to make another 2 beds there... more

spotlessly clean hotel, could not find a fault with cleanliness. Room service excellent everyday towels were changed. were warned had to empty own bins, but our cleaner emptied ours for us!!! Only complaints we had were the beds were uncomfortable - very firm, ok if you like that, but we didn't. The pool looked amazing but unforunatley was not heated... more

Its our second trip to the Encantada, only this time the driver dropped us off at the bottom of the Hill, which is steep and 500mtres away...(Prat) Weather wasnt bad, out of 7 days we had 3 days of Glorious Sunshine. Stayed here for a week in September 2008 in a party of 2 adults and 2 kids, aged 12 & 4, half-board. The hotel is spotlessly clean, maid service every day, and check-in/out took no more than 5 minutes (midnight check-in, 6pm check-out). Breakfast is basically a fry-up, or cereal/continental and evening meals varied from a shepherd's pie type dish... more

We stayed in 2006. The room was very clean and very nice. The staff both entertainment and reception plus bar staff fantastic. The only downside is we have been unable to book since as it always seems to be fully booked. Would definitely come back. more
