My hubby and I found ourselves walking around the Barri Gothic and decided to ditch the buildings for some animals. I had heard they housed Snowflake, the Albino Gorilla, but was saddened to learn Snowflake had passed on years ago. this is a great day out with or without the kids. to see the dolphins was worth the entrance fee alone, as i have never seen dolphins before, however if you have been to sea world or similar you may not be that impressed, they were absolutely beautiful and i could of sat and watched them for hours. the zoo... more

Recently in Barcelona 3-7th April and visited Barceona Zoowith two kids 11 and 14. Much better than we had expected, good efforts made to provide most animals with interesting environments.
