While I was there (I am not sure if it was a permanent exhibit), they had almost all of Picassco's studies of "Las Meninas" by Velasquz. With the museum set down a nice quiet backstreet in the gothic quarter it alread has itself a brilliant location; slightly off the beaten track yet still accessible to tourists. I cannot understand negative reviews of this Museum. I have been there three times now and the policy of changing some of the exhibits makes it a new experience every time. So I shall go again sometime. Compared to the Paris Picasso Museum you get to see a lot more early works. Ideally visit both! more
